why wont my car start? ?
i have 04 chevy aveo. about a month ago i tried to crank it but i would not until after 3-4 tries. sometimes if i put my foot on the accelerator and crank it would work but when i release the petal it would turn off. that happened twice. today i could not get the engine to turn over at all. i replaced the air filter but nothing helped. while replacing the filter it smelled of gas. i think it is the plugs or the fuel filter. please if you have any ideas i would love to hear them.
First thing you don’t wanna do on a fuel injected car is pump the
accelerater. It will flood it and it will really be hard to start.As for
the engine not turning over, have your battery tested. They’ll test it
at any of the parts stores for free.Could be dirty connections too?
