if i understand your question you want to know how to make the white background show up as pure white in your photos.
there is no easy answer.
it has to do with placement and angles of the lights. of course it also depends on the size and shape and opacity of your subject.
it sounds like you are getting shadows on the backdrop. move your lights and subject until you get it right.
this is where experience can not be replaced by equipment.
