How do you make your face thinner and lose a double chin?
I’m not fat at all. I have a naturally round face and so when I do gain weight it goes to my face and I want a thinner more defined shape to my face.
I was asking this question for years. I have a round face but now have lost 10 pounds in 2 or 3 weeks or so the fat face has disappeared.
That’s my advice. I cut down to one meal a day, NO fries, DIET drinks and lots of water. I also go on long walks and things like that.
