Extension Ring
There are three options to choose from when you have the Xbox 360 3 Flashing Red Lights problem. The reason the problem occurs is due to the console getting too hot and overheating. Nothing can be done about this because it is completely due to the design of the equipment. The heat it encounters because of game play causes the Xbox 360 3 Flashing Red Lights to show. To counter act this Xbox 360 3 Flashing Red Lights problem, you might consider letting the console sit where there is maximum air flow instead of in a closet or cabinet where it is stuffy.
First, to try to fix the Xbox 360 3 flashing Red Lights problem, you can turn the console off and unplug anything attached to the console including the hard drive. Put everything taken off back on to clear the cache. There can be bad data stored on the hard drive and doing this will help to remove it.
Next, you can try is to unplug the console and turning it so it is in a vertical position. Take a hand and apply pressure or squeeze the area where the hard drive is contained. The pressure causes the motherboard to reset itself. It will not reset the internal data but will help to fix the problem most of the time. Make sure the console is off when this step is applied.
Third, make sure your console is not running from an extension cord or surge protector and is running into a wall outlet. The power surges can allow games with a high power setting to run on lower settings causing the game to overheat. The power brick could also be set on a box so the fan can move the air in and out as it needs to make it easier to cool itself.

Can I run conduit from a flood light receptacle?
I want to put an extension ring on an outside floodlight receptacle which would give me a threaded knock out to run conduit. On the circuit would be the flood light, and 2 boxes (a pendant light on each box). Is this possible or even safe?
Sure you can..The floodlight does not burn enough amps to effect whatever you want to use on the new boxes
